The theme is nightfall for the Armani Privé fall 2012 collection. And leave it to Giorgio Armani to present the epitome of sexy, sophisticated and glamorous haute couture. Silk, sequins and exquisite beading are in abundance in a range of blue and purple-pink hues.
As the show progressed, the collection dove deeper into the night. Deep purple and midnight blue dominated the color palette. Heavier velvet fabrics are introduced and draped luxuriously on many of the evening gowns. Head coverings bring another element of mystique and dark elegance, alluding to the eastern world.
The fall 2012 Armani Privé collection is one of stunning beauty. With such strong evening looks, we are bound to see many of them again on the red carpet.
