One of our favorite new designers last season was EMERSON, so you can imagine we found no better way to spend our Valentine’s Day night then by seeing designer Jackie Fraser-Swan’s Fall 2012 collection.

For fall 2012, EMERSON kept mainly with shades of black, white and grey and used a combination of feminine and masculine elements that were influenced by the 1940′s with wide leg sailor pants, tailored tops and dresses, and pencil skirts. To help keep this collection modern, pops of color like lime and plum were added along with lace, leggings, and sheer blouses’ that helped give a grown-up punk rock feel to the overall look.

Once again EMERSON gave us an extremely wearable collection for fall.
