Jonathan Adler Paves A Printed Path With New Accessories Line

A dream apartment for myself would be somewhere with a Central Park view on the Upper West Side. Not only that, but it would have to be completely furnished by Jonathan Adler. Adler is a creative force in the housewares industry and is a force to reckoned with. His masterful use of textiles, prints and patterns make Adler a leading taste-maker in such a competitive industry. Now, Adler will be venturing into another industry that is just as competitive — accessories.
The new accessories line is part of LF USA and their ever growing fashion and accessories home group. First, thank you for this LF USA. The collection will include everything from handbags to scarves to hats to small leather goods and everything in between. So this is perfect; I can throw my Adler bag on top of my Adler couch while relaxing with my Adler gloves on. Adler spoke to WWD about future projects as well “It’s amazing to go from being a production potter to expanding into a zillion different categories.” Who will also be launching a jewelry collection in fall of 2013.
Adler spoke about the accessories collection specifically saying “It’s about color and chic and taking a lot of my signature patterns, style, craft and joy.” The collection will feature about 300 colorways and styles ranging in price from $48 to $450. The collection will hit stores this Spring and I’ll be camping out. Come join me.
