Lacoste Fall 2012

Taking one chic turn this season was Lacoste. Their Fall 2012 ready-to-wear collection literally wowed us as each look came down the runway. It was a typical color palette of grays, black and white, but with a great splash of color. A playful use of leather and chiffon made the collection perfect for the upcoming fall season. It wasn’t only that, but as most designers have been doing, Lacoste also focused a lot on the details.

It was all about the zippers this season throughout the full collection. Let us not forget about the biggest comeback kid of the season — the turtleneck. The turtleneck, used predominately throughout the whole collection was stellar. We couldn’t help but notice the color blocking in the collection as well. However, instead of using bright bold colors it was the grays and dark blues that really pulled it all together.

We couldn’t have asked for a more wearable and chic collection, then again, it is Lacoste. Isn’t that what they do best?
