This season, menswear has a new look, courtesy of Oliver Spencer. With classic tailoring, simple cuts, and a neo-boat club chic air about them, the clothes were a new take on menswear, with a navy, cobalt blue, burgundy, grey and military green palette accentuating the neo-menswear approach we saw at the Topman venue. With models both young and old traipsing down the runway in the showspace, it was clear that Spencer was giving a clear message – fashion transcends age, and is timeless. With plenty of ankle grazing pants and above the knee shorts, this wasn’t a menswear collection – this was a reminder that men’s fashion is classic, simple, and effortlessly cool – no wonder male modeling superstar David Gandy was nodding with approval mid-show. We applaud you, Oliver Spencer!
