To say this Monday morning got off to an exciting start would be a bit of an understatement. Word on the street is, New York designer Prabal Gurung is teaming up with Target to release an 80-piece collection debuting on February 13th, 2013. Can you think of a better way to start the week?
With most details still under wraps, we can say the collection will be true to the Gurung aesthetic and will be heavy on the digital prints and graphics. A full line of products will be available, including apparel, shoes, jewelry and bags with prices ranging from $19.99 – $199.99. With love being the inspiration behind this collection, Gurung says, “My own collection is also inspired by the idea of emotion and all of those things.” With that said, it seems as though the collaboration will be a direct extension of his work that we’ve come to know and love. So now that we’ve got just over 3 months to prepare, the question remaining is, where will you be camping out on the 12th?
