It was a sea of collages at Preen’s Fall 2012 runway show in the IAC building by renowned architect Frank Gehry. Printed geometric shapes, floral designs, and bright color blocks all mixed together for a sleek modern look. Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi the designer duo behind this British label sent their models down the runway with wind swept hair and tower high booties that were collaborated with Aldo.
The silhouettes were clean cut with knee length pencil skirts and skinny pants topped with patterned sweaters and peplum shirts. The floral designs and organic knits complimented the delicate lace. The most amazing orange fur came down the runway that was also patch worked with felted wool and layered on top of a mock turtleneck. I think every girl is going to want a piece of bright orange in their fall 2012 closet!
