RAC Boutique Toronto Announces Launch of The Bazaar
There is a shopping bazaar coming to Toronto and everyone wants to be in attendance. RAC Boutique, located in the Yorkville neighbourhood in downtown Toronto has come up with a spectacular one of a kind pop up shop that everyone is anxiously awaiting the arrival of.
Known for their flare of hunting down and displaying emerging designers found worldwide, the owners of RAC, Glenna Weddle and Faith Orfus have brought the crème de la crème of Toronto boutiques together for a 4 day shopping collaboration bonanza beginning on April 5th, 2012 at 6pm. The Bazaar, will feature a variety of items including women’s and men’s spring/summer 2012 apparel, accessories, lifestyle goods, vintage, consignment, samples and reduced fall 2011 inventory. Participating vendors include Robber, LAB Consignment, 69 Vintage, Jacflash, Woodlawn, Dalston Grey, GotStyle, Tosca Delfino swim, Fashionably Yours, Rita Liefhebber, Fischer Street, RAC, Love of Mine, Aeroplane Vintage Eyewear and Elle Hardware.
“We wanted to create a fashion event that featured amazing designers, as well as host a temporary space where people could socialize and be inspired,” said Weddle and Orfus. “It gives us the opportunity to share what we love most about RAC and partner with other independent retailers in the city to offer a unique fashion experience.”
The event will kick off with a night of shopping with Broken Social Scene’s DJ Brendan Canning spinning, while everyone sip on cocktails and snacks provided by sponsors Absolut Elyx Vodka, Kronenbourg Beer, Smart Water, and Vitamin Water.
The new social mobile couponing app, KOY which is helping sponsor the event will offer the consumers a new way to redeem deals and share their finds with friends.
