The key to immolating Olivia’s street style is in selecting high-street brands (which she’s known to combine with luxury pieces) that give off the the allure of more expensive items. In addition to the Beachwaver there are some flatiron options. Two to be exact, there is the ceramic ($189) and the titanium ($229) flat irons. I am particularly partial to the titanium option. Curly girls, frizzy hair girls, this iron is specifically for you. This styling tool will straighten and smooth any hair texture. The ceramic iron is no slouch, this iron has great features such as the floating plates and the memory sense technology. If you donʼt have the worst time in the world getting your hair straight, save some coins and go with this iron.

This line has a great collection of tools that will battle any potential summer hair disasters. I have stubborn, kinky curly, hard to control hair. It is big and wild – fortunately I like it that way. For the rare times I need it to be tamed for a special occasion it is has always been a hassle and a half. I can never get it to be straight or get beautiful relaxed curls and stay that way even with a blow dryer, flatiron and curling iron. What I end up with is a large frizzy mess. I end up throwing it up into my signature messy bun and head out of the door. Yes I confess, I am a makeup & hair person who struggles with her own hair. But with these quality tools, Iʼm able to glide through my hair and create sleek and polished looks.

What really bothered us though was how hard it was to narrow down who we thought was best dressed. It was so hard that we still can’t do it! We’ve done most of the work and narrowed it down to three: Leighton Meester, Freida Pinto and Jessica Hart all dressed in head-to-toe Ferragamo. Now it’s up to you to decide who you think really made the photographers fingers tired.

The theme for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards red carpet seemed to either be bold, bright colors or black & white.

Popping color was Best Kiss winner Kristen Stewart in a yellow, purple, and silver Guishem mini and Ciara in a bright red/orange Balmain mini. Best Cast winner Emma Watson wore a multi-print Brood dress while Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale wore a color-blocked Catherine Malandrino dress.

MTV Trail Blazer award winner Emma Stone kept it chic in a black and white strapless Martin Grant dress. Presenter Jessica Biel welcomed summer with a fabulous white Chanel dress. Best On-Screen Transformation winner Elizabeth Banks rocked an all black Elie Saab jumpsuit while Best Breakthrough Performance winner Shaileen Woodley also wore an all black jumpsuit from Stella McCartney.

Presenter Julianne Hough wore a black cut-out Sally LaPointe dress while Christina Ricci hit the red carpet in a black Christian Siriano strapless dress with detailing that included crystals, buttons, beads and Timex watches.

However, it was the always fabulous Charlize Theron who wowed us the most in a stunning red strapless peplum dress from Lanvin.

This past weekend, Ginnifer was the guest of NPR at the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington D.C. and will her fellow colleagues wore designers like Oscar De La Renta, Prada, or Antonio Berardi, Gennifer chose to wear something a little form eco and wallet friendly. Her chose was a $299 gown from the H&M Exclusive Glamour Conscious Collection, a line of eco-friendly dresses and separates from the popular mass retailer.
The limited edition gown (only 1,000 made) features white organic cotton and silk bouclé top and a skirt comprised of organza plissé meringue. The black belt and clutch (both from Stark) finished off this look.

It was also announced that the network has approved “The Cat Deeley Project” for development (with Cat Deeley, Selita Ebanks and Ken Paves), which will take viewers into the homes and lifestyles of today’s hottest stars; “Celebrity Closet Confidential” with stylist Mary Alice Haney as she works to help different celebrities create a “fashion moment”; and “Pop Style” a weekly series that will break down all the things you need to know about the latest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and pop culture.
