The studio shot campaign features some seriously major models including: Vanessa Axente, Saskiade Brauw, Irina Kravchenko, Eva Herzigova, Sung Hee, Irene Hiemstra, Kirsten Owen, Sasha Pivovarova, Amber Valletta, Maartje Verhoef and Raquel Zimmermann. Each model’s own personality shines through the images showcasing the beautiful 60′s-esque feel of the collection. The flowers come off as a little bit girly, but are by no means feminine.

However, the accessories are the true star of the campaign. Remember when everyone couldn’t stop talking about those sock-like shoes that came down the runway last September? Well there they are, in all their glory! Miuccia and Meisel are a match made in heaven.

Prada recently released their new FW12 campaign film, and boy is it a doozy. This time around Prada has taken it to the world of, what looks to be very similar to a game of Wizards Chess a la Harry Potter, only with better clothes. Of course it’s a stunner when you have Steven Miesel directing and photographing the campaign. The campaign stars Vanessa Axente, Magdalena Frackowiak, Madison Headrick, Elza Luijendijk, Iselin Steiro and Anne Vyalitsina. Watch as each move of a chess piece correlates with the moves of the models. Chess is a game of smarts; we say everyone came out on top if you’re wearing Prada.

Shot by the legendary Steven Meisel and starring models Anne V, Elza Luijendijk, Iselin Steiro, Madison Headrick, Magdalena Frackowiak and Vanessa Axente, Prada states the campaign is all about “shifting camera angles and an endless depth of field create a playful illusion of perspective and proportion, recalling the setting for a videogame.”

So while we wait for fall, pardon us as we renovate our living rooms and dye our hair.
