What started as a few friends making their own pair of jeans by hand, turned into a full on business. Hartford Denim is all about making the perfect jeans, from scratch, to last you a lifetime. The collaboration with Timberland uses the finest materials and hardware to make your jeans special. Hartford Denim is known for their high-quality long lasting denim and you can bet your ass these will last the test of time. Oh who knows? Maybe they’ll even survive a hurricane known as Sandy.

Each pair of Hartford x Timberland Denim is individually, handcrafted in the U.S. from raw denim. We’re talking single-needle tailoring, hand-cast buttons and that quality that we can’t stop mentioning. However, only 50 pairs of these wonderful jeans have been crafted and are available at their New York SoHo store [474 Broadway] retailing for $298. The collection also includes five styles of leather and denim handbags, for a total of seven bags.

It’s hard to come across a pair of good denim these days that will last you. You wouldn’t believe how many pairs of “luxury denim” I’ve had that have torn or blown out in certain areas.
