Tuesday Tunes: “Black Ajax” – Locksley

Part post-garage punk; part British Invasion-style pop; part spit, wit and 21st century American grit – Locksley continually redefines rock and roll, leaving audiences begging for more.

You may be familiar with Locksley after their hit single “The Whip”, which was featured in movie trailers for “Rango” and “Puss ‘n Boots”, throughout the NFL season games and Super Bowl, became the official coal song for the NHL and featured in commercials for Chevy, American Insurance, NFL’s Play: 60 campaign, Victoria’s Secret and many, many others.

After a 6-month hiatus, the band is back with a new single “Black Ajax”. The song combines all of the various musical styles that Locksley is known for. It’s gritty, it’s rock and it takes a darker turn in Locksley’s musical evolution.

For all the fashion lovers, it should also be noted that Locksley is also dressed by Topman and soled with shoes by Stacey Adams.
