Tuesday Tunes: “If Looks Could Kill” by Timomatic

The name is Tim Omaji – his stage name is Timomatic. You may have heard of his popular tune “Set It Off” featured in the latest EXPRESS commercial, or you may have followed his artistic journey as a growing contestant on Australia’s “So You Think You Can Dance.” Or maybe it was his ever-so charming presence on Australia’s Got Talent that brought life to the stage and earned him third place. Nonetheless, at this point we can all agree that the rising triple-threat superstar is taking the music industry by storm.

Recently signed to Sony Music Australia, Timomatic has since released two official singles – the first being “Set It Off” which topped the charts at number 2 according to the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA), and the latest single called “If Looks Could Kill” which recently debuted at number 16 on the ARIA charts last week.

The new tune is catchy, energetic and seducing – going head over heels about that one person you meet who takes your breath away – quite literally to the point where “if looks could kill, you’d be the death of me.” In fact, once the hook kicks in, all you want to do is sing along to Timomatic’s expressive voice and imitate his ‘swaggerific’ dance moves. Did we mention how talented his dance skills are? He could easily rival the likes of dance kings such as Chris Brown and Usher.
